Subscription payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. When you subscribe to Wisdom Coach Premium, your payment details (such as card information) are handled entirely by our payment provider. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. We only retain your email address and subscription status (including plan name and billing cycle) to manage your account and verify your premium access. Subscription billing is handled automatically by the payment provider according to the terms selected at checkout.
4. AI Coaching Sessions
Your conversations with the AI coach are processed to generate responses. These sessions are stored in your account so you can review past conversations. We do not share your coaching conversations with third parties.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the app (such as AI processing and payment processing), under strict confidentiality agreements.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Account Settings page, which will permanently remove your information.
